Refund and Cancellation Policy

Xenitech ensures our customer satisfaction on all the phases. So we are also relies on this policy to make it more convenient.

Xenitech holds the right to do any change in this subscription agreement from time to time. Charges and payment terms may be changed in accordance with the applicable price schedule. All other provisions may be changed by Xenitech immediately upon notice. Continued use of the services and products following any change constitutes acceptance of the change.

Xenitech may suspend or discontinue providing services and product upgrades to you without notice and may pursue any remedy legally available if you fail to comply with any of your obligations hereunder.

Our Refund Policy

Xenitech will, at its discretion, allow for the return of payment if requested within the standard 5 working day return period.

On the first account payment, we offer a 5-day refund period. This period begins immediately upon submission of your first payment. Once this 5 day period expires, there are no refunds.

The purchased products and/or services will be delivered within 2-3 working days. These working days always includes all the local holidays defined by our Government. So if there is any refund request for the delay in delivery is subjected to this local holiday verification also.

If the payment of choice on which you have requested billing expires, exceeds your maximum limit of credit, or is rejected for any reason, Xenitech will notify you by e-mail or telephone and will attempt to process the transaction within a reasonable period of time. If the charge is rejected again, you will receive notice. You may provide information and authorization to charge using another payment method or contact us regarding this matter.

The return of payment has to be confirmed with our concern department through phone/email communication and it will be confirmed by Xenitech only if nothing fails to comply our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
